1 on 1 personal training not only provides you with a personalised and structured program, but also immediate feedback from the eye of a trained professional to ensure you are completing the exercises safely and effectively. You will be provided with accountability, scientifically proven methods of training and a fully qualified coach. I educate my clients which provides a deeper understanding and not just how to do something, by why we are doing it. I believe that 1 on 1 personal training is the fastest and most effective way to achieve your goal!

PRICING

First Session is FREE – includes fitness assessment and goal setting

45 mins = $65

       30 mins = $55      


2:1

45 mins = $85

30mins = $75

Mums & Bubs
30 mins = $30

All packages require an 8 week commitment. If you don’t love your first session and what I have to offer, I will give you your money back. No questions asked! 


After the 8 weeks have finished and you wish to continue (which I guarantee you will!) it will continue a weekly basis and there is no lock in contract from there on in.  
You will be required to give 2 weeks noticed if you wish to finish up.
